The Challenge
Disley required a new digital platform that could support the complexity of its corporate workwear business while delivering a seamless online experience for customers.
The website needed to integrate directly with the organisation’s NetSuite ERP system, enabling real-time stock availability, customer-specific pricing, and automated order management. At the same time, the platform had to remain simple and intuitive for users — presenting a modern, professional storefront while managing complex operational processes behind the scenes.

The site connects directly to Disley’s NetSuite environment, enabling real-time synchronisation of product availability, pricing structures, and customer account data. Secure customer logins allow personalised pricing and account information to be dynamically displayed based on each user’s profile.
The platform also integrates with the company’s order processing and fulfilment workflows, allowing customers to track the status of their orders throughout the entire lifecycle.
